At the end of 2021 I wrote and published my first book – Humanity Inc.

After 40 plus years in business, 27 of those year in management and leadership and learning and organizational development roles, and 10 of those years working with senior leaders, I thought it was time to write a book, but not just any book!

Over recent years there has been 1,000’s of books written and published on the topic of leadership. I wanted to write a book about how leaders made people feel. And how ‘leadership’ was doing in the 21st Century. Turns out, it could be doing better! But how and what needs to happen for leadership to do better for humanity this century, this book progresses the potential answers to that question.

I was left wondering after writing the book, what would the world be like if we had leaders that placed more of a focus on humanity’s needs from work?

I fully intend to update the book 5 years after COVID (a lot has happened), in the meantime I would love to hear your views on the book and what it means for you.
